Ultra Strong the STADIUM Roller Grille 19mm All Aluminium Roller Grille provides increased flexibility in high level security for external (shutter) and internal (shop front doors) applications and is the product of choice for areas where high air flow and vision is required. STADIUM Roller Grille is designed to suit openings up to 4500mm high and up to 7850mm wide in a single span.

Curtain
The STADIUM Roller Grille curtain is constructed from 19mm extruded aluminium tube at 75mm centres, connected with 40mm x 3mm designed links spaced at 500mm centres forming a brick like pattern.
Side Guides
100mm x 38mm aluminium extrusions which can be either fitted with a Rubber Twin Fin Extrusion or Mohair Felt Buffer for a quieter operation.
Locking
STADIUM Roller Grille doors can be fitted with a locking system. Locking is centrally mounted within the Bottom Rail

Manual locking is not recommended where doors are Motorised

Operation
The STADIUM Roller Grille can be either manually operated by hand or electrically operated.
There is a wide selection of control methods available with motorised doors and these options can be discussed with the ARCO (Qld) when determining your design requirements.

Motorisation Methods
The STADIUM Roller Grille can be motorised with either three phase or single phase, one horsepower motors suitable for high use environments or with the use of a centrally mounted drum motor in low use environments.

Size
The STADIUM Roller Grille is suitable for openings up to 8.0 metres wide and 4.5 metres high.

Finish
The STADIUM Roller Grille is manufactured and supplied standard in a Clear Anodised Finish (Matt Natural), however an option to be powder coated
